Festival di Sanremo in Italy

Tonight, 26 songs and artists will compete in the Italian Festival of Sanremo. After the contest, the first question at the winner’s press conference will be asked by Eduardo Anselmo, Italian head of delegation for Eurovision: “Are you going to Eurovision?”. The winner has the first choice to do so, but can also reject the ticket. The show starts at 21.00 CET and you can watch it here.

  • Francesca Michielin e Fedez – Chiamami per nome
  • Francesco Renga – Quando trovo te
  • Fulminacci – Santa Marinella
  • Gaia – Cuore amaro
  • Ghemon – Momento perfetto
  • Gio Evan – Arnica
  • Irama – La genesi del tuo colore
  • La Rappresentante di Lista – Amare
  • Lo Stato Sociale – Combat Pop
  • Madame – Voce
  • Malika Ayane – Ti piaci così
  • Måneskin – Zitti e buoni
  • Max Gazzè e Trifluoperazina Monstery Band – Il farmacista
  • Noemi – Glicine

Two of the participants entered the Eurovision stage before. Francesca Michielin with “No degree of separation” in 2016. This year, her song is written by Mahmood (ESC 2019).

Ermal Meta represented Italy in 2018 in duet with Fabrizio Moro and the song “Non mi avete fatto niente”.
